An experienced Realtor® who can easily identify with the needs of her clients, Jennifer takes great pride in providing the best service possible, putting her clients at ease. “Buying or selling a home can be an emotionally trying process,” explained Jennifer, “and I really believe it is the realtor’s job to help the client make good business decisions for themselves and achieve their goals.”

Known for her patience, dedication to meeting the demands of her clients, and compassionate nature, Jennifer estimates that about 90% of her business stems from repeat clients and referrals, although she notes that 100% of her business in 2010 has come from referrals alone. “I believe that if you do your job right the first time you can count on being your clients’ ‘Realtor for Life.’”

Jennifer holds the ABR and CDPE designations, the latter which provides her with the expertise needed to work with short sales and foreclosed properties. She is also experienced in working with buyers and sellers of all levels as well as investors. She has received the Executive Club and 100% Club awards from 2001-2009.

Jennifer is an active volunteer for Susan G. Komen for the Cure and Habitat for Humanity. She also donates proceeds from each transaction to the Children’s Miracle Network. During her free time, Jennifer enjoys spending time at the lake boating and camping with her husband Kevin, a loan officer with Prime Lending, and her 7 year old son, Connor.
